Illumio Product Certification Program
Take your knowledge of the Illumio platform to the next level
Announcement: We are launching the new Illumio Platform Certification Program Program and transitioning away from the Illumio ZTS Certifications. The updated curriculum includes new topics such as Illumio Insights and Segmentation using the Illumio Console.
The Illumio Platform Certification curriculum aligns with Illumio software version 25.x and above. Illumio ZTS Certifications will be officially retired in June 2026.
Learners currently enrolled in the Illumio ZTS certification paths are strongly encouraged to complete their certifications by Friday, June 26, 2026. After this date, ZTS certifications and exams will no longer be available.
The Illumio Product Certification Program provides opportunities for our customers and partners to expand their knowledge of the Illumio platform, product features, and overall functionality through courses designed by our in-house subject matter experts. There are multiple tracks to choose from that allow participants to customize the experience based on unique interests, needs, and deployment type.

Customer Certification Program
Being "Illumio Product Certified" means you have demonstrated your Illumio product knowledge and passed the necessary exams. The knowledge gained through this process will not only empower you as an Illumio user, but you will also become part of an elite group of associates, specialists, and experts whose proficiency with the platform goes well beyond just the basics.
These new skills will help you use the Illumio platform to its fullest potential and expand its use at your company.
Once you are Specialist and Expert certified, you will receive an exclusive piece of Illumio swag.
