FAQs

When does a training subscription expire?

  • Instructor-led subscription (IL-PS-TRN-SUB) expires 12 months from the date of purchase. Self-paced training will remain available with an active product subscription.

What if the class that a student wants to attend is full?

  • The student will be placed on a waitlist.
  • If someone drops a class, the student on the waitlist will be added to the class.
  • We will try our best to accommodate all parties. However, on rare occasions, we may not be able to service every request.

What is the cancellation/no-show policy for live instructor-led classes?

  • If the student cannot attend a registered class, then cancellation should take place with at least a 24-hour notice.

Can a student transfer an Instructor-led subscription to someone else?

  • A student can transfer an Instructor-led subscription, if the student had not started taking any instructor-led classes.
  • The subscription start and end dates will not change for a transfer.

Under what circumstances will Illumio cancel a class?

  • Illumio will cancel a class if there are no enrollments by the Wednesday before a class.

  • To purchase an Illumio Training Annual Subscription, please contact your Illumio Account Representative, or send an email to training@illumio.com.
  • Once the Subscription is set up and active, the student will receive access to the Illumio Learning Portal and will be able to enroll in Self-paced and Instructor-led courses.
